I have not seen one yet, but I am sure there are 2m mobile antennas based on a halfwave design, which should work as a quarter wave on 4m. I have a mobile antenna that is a 5/8th wave on two and that works fine on six metres with a 1.1:1 SWR. I would ask about on the four metre group website, someone may have found a solution. I made a straight 1/4 wave for 4m my self.

I have a Marconi 2955B Analyser here, if you want to connect the Wouxon up (or any of your other radios) to see what the actual TX power, Frequency accuracy, RX Sense etc.. give me a shout.
