Radioworld LDG Z817 Tuner Fail

Today I received my LDG Z817 portable autotuner for use with the Yaesu FT817. Not sure if this is a Radioworld or an LDG fail but can someone tell me how to get the batteries inside without voiding my warranty?

  1. That's priceless Steve, My LDG Z817 has no warranty seals on it, anywhere, bought mine from nevada a year ago. I bought a referb FT-8000 from Radioworld, and that sticker on your Z817 matches the one on my FT-8000. looks like Radioworld have drop a right royal one there. Enjoy the Z817, they tune a wet peice of string in 2 seconds flat!!, and mine has the same AA cells in from 12 months ago, and it is used every day.. 73, MW0TTK

Is this not but a poor translation of an American made product (with Chinese Engrish manual), translated into BRUMIE.... !!!

What next I hear the cry "New edition needed" translated into WELSH by Dia Brokeit
